Return and Exchange Policy
We are confident you will love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date for most items. Please read below for the details of our return and exchange policy.
Returns
You can return unworn, unused items with tags still attached and in their original packaging within 30 days from the shipping date. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@perlee.co to start the process. Note that a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item using the instructions above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns from Outside the United States
We do not accept returns on items purchased outside of the United States due to customs issues.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
